Alice McKeage, cofounder of Ford GLOBE and the group's current external communications officer, will be one of several panelists on "Straight Talk about Gays in the Workplace" airing Saturday, July 28, at 7 and 7:30 a.m. EDT, as well as Monday, July 30, at 1 a.m. EDT, on WKDB UPN 50 (a CBS affiliate).

This is part of WKBD UPN 50's Emmy Award-winning weekly talk show "Straight Talk," hosted by UPN 50 Ten O'Clock News Anchor Amyre Makupson.

Numerous Ford GLOBE members, as well as one of Ford's diversity managers, will be in the audience.

Other panelists will include Dale Ross, counselor/therapist in Southfield, discussing job discrimination and the need for supportive atmospheres for gays in the workplace.
