Are you experiencing harassment or bullying at work?

Harassment Hotlines/Helplines are in operation in all locations and offer a confidential opportunity for you to talk to someone who is not directly involved with your work or concerns. If you feel you are experiencing harassment or bullying at work the hotline/helpline operator will explain the resources that are available and what options you have to help you resolve your situation. The hotline/helpline will also provide you with emotional support whilst you decide what you want to do next.

The hotline/helpline does not however replace the role of supervisors, managers, union representatives and Human Resources in dealing with harassment and bullying in the workplace.

Harassment hotline/helpline telephone numbers should be displayed prominently on notice boards at all locations.
